Toys



Saya selalu terfikir apa yang menyebabkan kanak-kanak suka permainan ini?  Menurut kata rakan-rakan saya yang juga ibu-ibu, kanak-kanak akan tertarik kepada warna dan bunyi permainan tersebut.

This game ada..no, I mean this toy ada dalam my colleague's car.  Dia tampal di tingkap belakang kereta dia.  Setiap kali aku naik kereta dia aku pasti akan main toy ni.  Tak tahu kenapa. 

Selalu terfikir, kenapa kanak-kanak senang tertarik dengan toy yang macam ni kan?  Well, jangan kata budak-budak.  Aku sendiri kalau naik kereta dia tak pernah tak pegang toy ni.  Duk sibuk hayun-hayunkan mendealah tu.  Ada bunyi loceng lagi.  Leka beb !

Ada masanya, toy-toy yang macam ni pun boleh buang stress kita jauh-jauh.  Bukannya macam game-game sekarang ni.  Game-game orang-orang dewasa semuanya susah-susah.  Dah tu, bila kalah je mula la tension.  Bukan boleh buang stress, malah tambah stress lagi hade.   XD

Moral of the story : the simple the better ~

Degree di UTM

Dalam entri sebelum-sebelum ni aku ada cakap kan pasal aku nak sambung degree?  Actually, aku dapat 2 tawaran dari Uitm dan UTM.  Kalau di Uitm, aku dapat tawaran kursus Ijazah Sarjana Muda Pengurusan Sistem Pejabat kalau tak silap.  Katau di UTM pula, aku dapat tawaran kursus Sarjana Muda Sains (Pengurusan Sumber Manusia).

Selepas ditimbang tara, aku memilih untuk menyambung pengajian di UTM.  Bukan apa, lepas buat beberapa survey dengan rakan-rakan aku yang belajar di Uitm dan UTM, aku decide nak pilih UTM.

Sebab, kawan aku, Fara, kata yang dekat Uitm kelas tak selalu ada.  Dalam 5 kali je satu sem.  Kalau kata kawan aku, Yana, yang belajar dekat UTM, dia kata kelas setiap hujung minggu.

Fara pun ada kata, ada subjek yang dia belajar sama macam apa yang dah belajar masa dekat poli dulu.  With that statement, aku pun macam dah malas nak study kat sana.  Aku tak suka sangat belajar benda yang sama, buat benda yang sama.  Boring. 

Lagi satu yang menyebabkan aku pilih UTM adalah sebab kelas dia setiap hujung minggu.  Memang betullah yang aku ni ntah apa-apa sebab pilih setiap hujung minggu kelas, penat lah, pakai banyak duitlah, jauhlah.  Tapi, I think I know myself better.  Aku tak boleh nak belajar sendiri-sendiri dan kadang-kadang. 

Selalunya aku akan lupa cepat apa yang aku belajar kadang-kadang tu.  At least, bila aku tiap-tiap minggu kena belajar and korbankan weekend aku, aku akan continuous belajar.  Kiranya, setiap minggu kepala tu bekerja keras sikit.  ye tak? hehe.

Masa daftar hari tu, ok lah.  Sistematik juga diorang punya cara.  Tak de lah macam terkontang-kanting or terblur-blur masa datang daftar tu.  Penerangan fakulti pun ok, tak ada la macam complicated sangat.  Kerjasama staf pun okay.  Ramah dan sentiasa senyum memberi perasaan best pada aku yang berjumpa dengan diorang ni.

So far, so good lah.  (^__^)

Eye Contact

I can't really made an eye contact !  For real!

I'll immidiately blushing if I made an eye contact to whoever it is no matter what gender and age they are.  I don't like to make an eye contact with whoever who loves to make an eye contact.  Sometimes it does feel like they're staring because their eye contact are very strong, makes me feel afraid or shy.

While I'm blogwalking, I found someone's blog who share the same problem with me.  She wrote something about Eye Contact and Blushing in her blog.  I couldn't stop reading her blog regarding that because it shows that I'm not the one who has that problem.

Then I went further and found this website.  It talks about how to improve your eye contact skills.  Now I know a little bit about eye contact and I want to share it with you.  I posted a little bit about it incase you're too lazy to click to that website.

6 Ways to improve your eye contact skills

1) Talking to a group –
When talking to a group of people it is great to have direct contact with your listeners. Don’t make the mistake of maintaining eye contact with just one person as this will stop the other members of the group from listening. To get past this, focus on a different member of the group with every new sentence. This way you are talking to all of the group and keeping them all interested.

2) Talking to an individual –
It is great to maintain eye contact when talking to a person however it can become a bit creepy and uncomfortable if you stare intensely at them. To combat this, break eye contact every 5 seconds or so. When breaking the eye contact don’t look down as this might indicate the ending of your part of the conversation. Instead, look up or to the side as if your are remembering something.

3) Listening to someone –
When you are listening to someone it can be off putting for the talker if you stare at them too hard. The technique I use when I am counseling someone is to use what I call ‘The triangle’. This is when I look at one eye for about 5 seconds, look at the other eye for 5 seconds and then look at the mouth for 5 seconds and keep on rotating in this way. This technique coupled with other listening skills such as nodding, occasional agreement words such as ‘yes’, ‘Uh –huh’ ‘mm’ etc is a great way to keep the talker talking and to show them you are interested in what they are saying.


4) Arguing –
Arguing with someone is a skill in itself and if you want to compete in an argument holding the gaze shows strength. If you look away when arguing with someone you have all but lost the argument. Obviously this depends on who you are arguing with but in general it is better to hold the gaze whilst you are making your point and also when you are listening to the other person. We have all come across the person who is great at arguing and making you feel small, you will notice that everyone who is like this try to stare you out. Stare back, it will surprise them, piss them off and put them off what they are trying to say.
 
5) Attracting someone –
When you are trying to attract someone and show them you are interested you can talk and listen with your eyes. When a person you like is speaking use the whole face as your focal point. Look at their eyes, listen to what they are saying, smile in the appropriate places, raise your eyebrows in the appropriate places. If you feel you are staring at them move to their other features such as their lips, their cheeks, their nose and then back to their eyes.  You have to listen with your ears as well as listening with your eyes (yes I did mean listening with your eyes, you listen to someone’s body language with your eyes).
 
6) Loving someone –
Share a prolonged gaze into each others eyes and it is a very special thing to just stare without talking. To make your pupils dilate even more you can try this: as you are staring at your partner imagine yourself going inside their body and your two souls making love. You are trying to touch their very soul.

Tahun 2011

Hari ni dah 4 Januari 2011.. 
maknanya dah dekat 4 hari meninggalkan tahun 2010 yang penuh suka dan duka.  Semoga segala yang berlaku dijadikan kenangan dan panduan untuk kita di masa hadapan.

Azam 2010 tercapai ke tak?  Kalau aku, setakat ni tak de le tercapai sangat.  Azam tahun 2010 aku, nak tulis blog dalam bahasa inggeris dan bahasa melayu.  Tak berapa tercapai, sebab ikut suka aku je aku nak tulis dalam bahasa inggeris ke dalam bahasa melayu ke bila-bila aku suka.  Ikut angin.

Kalau bab kurangkan makan tu, adalah juga tercapai.  Tapi dah masuk tahun baru ni macam balas dendam pulak nak makan lebih-lebih dari biasa.  Payah ni!  Bahaya! Bahaya!  Senang je badan aku ni nak naik.  Tension ! Tension !

Jadi, untuk azam tahun baru ni.  Aku ingat nak kekalkan lagi pengurangan pengambilan jumlah makanan.  Lagipun,  awal tahun hari secara tak langsung aku secara rasminya bergelar seorang pelajar yang menuntut di UTM.  So, I do hope yang bila aku busy aku akan kurangkan makan. ekeke.

Ramai conratulated aku sebab jadi student balik.  Well, 8 Januari 2011 ni aku akan start my first class.  Cuak beb! Lama dah tak duduk belajar ni, takut otak lambat pick-up je.  I hope not.  I hope that I'll gone through this excellently ! Pray for me! Ok, pray with me!  Let us all fly further away with a new hope, a new goal and become a successful person!

And more, aku sebenarnya nak sangat belajar mandarin,  but when I checked all the subject that I've to take, there's no subject for third language.  I suddenly felt down at that time.  But it's okay, I'll find someone who can teach me mandarin just like I wished.

Last but not least, let us fill the year of 2011 full of happiness !
